From 2008, male faculty whose wife is a full-time researcher at other research institutions became to be able to use this system as well. Also, at the end of FY2008, we conducted a survey of female faculty\u2019s research activity over three years.  From these surveys, it was verified that this system plays a major role in improving the environment surrounding women faculty and education and research assistants.<br \/>\nIn FY2012, we conducted a questionnaire survey and interview about the career path of education and research assistants as well as the state of improvement of the environment in campus considering women\u2019s life events.  Both are based on the statements of The Second Medium-term Goals\/Medium-term Plans.<br \/>\nWe have been implementing this system after April, 2016.
